There are two reasons that a student may not receive an email confirmation of their course registration.
- Incorrect email address - You may have entered your email address incorrectly when you registered for your course. If this occurred, your email address will need to be updated on your Magento Account and in your Learning Portal account.
You may edit your email address from your My Account page after you login to your Magento Account. In order to update your email address on your Learning Portal account, please open a Magento U Support ticket at https://magentousupport.magento.com with Magento Category of Transaction>Other Transaction.
- Email caught in SPAM folder - It is possible that your email confirmation was caught in your SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM email folder to see if it contains your Registration Confirmation email.
