Our preference at Magento U is to help you get the training that you need. Therefore, we can arrange to provide you with the credit in the amount you paid so that you can apply it towards registering for the correct course. However, if you are not interested in taking another course, we can provide you with a credit so long as you have not started the course for which you registered. If you are requesting a credit or refund for an instructor-led course, please submit your request prior to the first day of your class. To request your credit or refund, please submit a Magento U Support Ticket at https://magentousupport.magento.com and select Issue Category of Transaction>Refund Request.
